Crossline Car Care

The highly skilled crew at Crossline Car Care fixed a serious, persistent, abnormal engine performance/Check-Engine-Light issue. Prior to Crossline’s involvement, dealership technicians failed to identify the underlying source that caused the issue (the techs never investigated all possible causes). Nothing was overlooked by Crossline. They used their in-depth knowledge of auto technology, exceptional diagnostic skills and systematic problem-solving approach to identify, then replace the failed part that was at the root of my car’s symptoms. Throughout this process they communicated their findings and clearly presented the repair-option choices. Their dedication to find the underlying cause …

Great shop! Did a detailed diagnostic test which lead to 6k worth of repairs being mostly covered by my warranty. Provided me free rental car while the repairs were being done.

Great auto care to handle issues with your car. I received an immediate response to my request and was able to make an appointment at a very convenient time for me. They know how to take care of their customers and provide high quality service for a very reasonable price! I don’t think I will look for another place next time. Highly recommend!

I had shocks, struts, a wheel alignment and rotation of tires done here. I was thrilled to find such a great place around the corner from home. Val and Steve were very attentive and Steve is a great mechanic! He's also offers competitive pricing. As a woman, I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or talked down to. I searched several shops in the area and Freedom not only offered the best deal, they're also a pleasure to deal with.

I had a great experience at this auto care center. The professional mechanic provided a top-notch full service oil change using quality products. Highly recommended!
