America's Tire

Always wonderful experiences with American Tires, Steven's Creek Location! I visited last week and Andrew assisted me, my car was giving me error messages. Andrew inspected all the tires even offered to have one remove to be thoroughly checked as it was a problem tire. Needed 4 new tires. Walked in with no appointment and got them installed within an hour. Friendly service and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciate. Easy, straightforward process and I’ll come back for future needs.

I had a flat tire this morning - came here after reading the reviews. True professional approach. Super helpful and fast. I would highly recommend this. They have made me customer for life. The service is free and people here are truly the best. My service advisor was Alexis Vargas.

I ordered tires from tire rack and got it delivered to this location. Booked an appointment online for 1:00. Came on time. They took the car to replace the tires It took about 1 hour 20 minutes to complete the whole process. They had free Wi-Fi inside which allowed me to get some work done, although the Wi-Fi speed was a bit on the slower side. Overall, it was a good service!
